1. Third Party Charges: You acknowledge that third-party content or service providers may impose additional charges. Makeityourphone is not responsible for additional charges imposed by third parties, including those imposed by your cell phone carrier or other third parties for sending or receiving text messages. Makeityourphone recommends that you purchase a plan that allows for unlimited texting.

Record and Knowledge of Third Party Content: Makeityourphone does not keep a record of the content of any email or other information, text, file, picture or video sent through its service by you or a third party. Makeityourphone has no knowledge of the content of any such email or other information, text, file, picture or video sent through its service. Makeityourphone has no knowledge of the source, author, or creator of any such email or other information, text, file, picture or video sent through its service. Makeityourphone does not keep records of the source, author, or creator of any such email or other information, text, file, picture or video sent through its service.

3. Liability for Third Party Content: Makeityourphone is neither responsible nor liable for the content of any third party email or other information, text, file, picture or video sent through its service. Makeityourphone is not the publisher of third party information or content and is not responsible for any opinions, advice, statements, or other information, services or goods provided by third parties. You acknowledge that every business or personal decision, to some degree or another, represents an assumption of risk, and that Makeityourphone, in providing information, applications or other content or services, or access to information, applications, or other content, neither underwrites, can underwrite, nor assumes your risk in any manner whatsoever.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice. Please check regularly to inform yourself about changes to the terms and conditions.

1. You activation date is your billing date. You will be billed on this day every month. If you signed up on the 31st of any month you billing date is the last day of the month. Your payment is for the month going forward. If you decide to cancel before your billing cycle is up you will continue to have service till your next billing date at which time your account will be cancelled. There are no refunds.

1. We provide a way for sms enabled cell phones to receive their emails through sms text messages. Our Program dynamically grabs and creates the email. Our system does not collect any information that is contained in the messages.

1. You must be a paying member to become an affiliate. You can then sign up at any point and start getting people to sign up. You will be required to give us your home address, phone number, and full name. We need this for billing purposes and will not share this information with anyone

2. You will be required to have at least 20 people signed up before we will send a check. This means you will need to be making a minimum of at least $10 a month to receive a check. Payments are payed out 45 days after the month is over. You will have real time tracking of how many people you had signed up at any given time through your control panel.

3. You have 2 options to receive payments you can either receive them through a paypal account or you may receive a physical check. If you receive a check they will be mailed at the 45 days after the last day of the month. This means it will take slightly longer to receive a physical check.

4. You must be 18 years old to sign up for the affiliate program. This is a 1 level program whoever you get to sign up using your auto generate affiliate code will be credited to you. MakeItYourPhone.com is not responsible for someone not using your code when they sign up.
